Our solutions empower our customers to succeed in today’s competitive landscape.Key Responsibilities:Support the Facilities Manager in all aspects of building management and maintenance.Assist with the implementation of facility policies, procedures, and best practices.Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repair work and preventative maintenance.Help manage facility budgets and expenses.Conduct regular facility walk-throughs to detect any maintenance or housekeeping issues.Assist in managing contracts and relationships with third-party service providers.Participate in emergency preparedness planning and execution.Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Required Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or related field; or equivalent work experience.At least 1-2 years’ experience in a facilities, maintenance, or related role.Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and priority manage effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and facilities management software.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
