As the Plant Manager of our structural fabrication facility, you will lead a team of skilled professionals to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the plant. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the plant team with a focus on creating a secure and productive work environment.

Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Promote continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing safety, efficiency and overall plant performance.

Demonstrate strong leadership by embodying integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of plant management.

Encourage teamwork and collaboration, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Foster a culture of safety awareness, providing training, resources, and support to ensure all employees follow safety procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant management, preferably in a structural fabrication plant or a similar leadership role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and best practices in structural fabrication.

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma a plus.
