Plant Manager - Las Vegas NVLocation: Las Vegas, NVJob Description:The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and management, with experience in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Manage and develop a team of supervisors and production workers
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
Ensure quality control standards are met and products meet customer specifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Experience with ERP systems and other manufacturing software
