HDR is hiring an Associate Materials Specialist for a large transportation program within our Construction Services Group.

Primary ResponsibilitiesWill be responsible for materials testing oversight that will focus on geotech, pavement, concrete, and asphalt management.Perform quality check on work products and processes.Support construction projects and collecting construction materials related data.Perform other duties as needed.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree.Geotechnical/materials science engineering experience.Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate or PE License. Candidates with their PE License will be hired as an Engineer. Candidates without their EIT will be expected to obtain their EIT for career progression.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.Experience with MS Office and software applications.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.What We BelieveHDR is our company.
