Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage Advocate and Ambassador Program:Prepare and execute Advocate/Ambassador Trainings including facilitating sessions as assignedManage presentations and other advocate opportunitiesSupport trained Advocates and Ambassadors through continuing education programing, identifying opportunities and communicationsSupport Internal teams to leverage Advocates/Ambassadors for project supportAssist in preparation and execution of field tours and Oxy sponsored eventsPresent to variety of audiences on behalf of OxyQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR/Training, Marketing, Communication, Political Science, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience, oil and gas general field knowledge is a plusStrong communication, interpersonal savvy and listening skillsMust have excellent presentation skills; and be able to present to a large audienceAbility to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to consistently produce results in a multi-tasking environment with multiple clients and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivationStrong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyAbility to work on different projects simultaneouslyComfortable working in the field as and when required in support of projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative team spiritExtraordinary teamwork skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong desire to learn and grow knowledge in line with responsibilitiesDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applicationsAvailability to travel up to 40%Recruitment Fraud:
