Houston, TX.Responsibilities:

Manage Advocate and Ambassador Program:Prepare and execute Advocate/Ambassador Trainings including facilitating sessions as assigned.Manage presentations and other advocate opportunities.Support trained Advocates and Ambassadors through continuing education programming, identifying opportunities and communications.Support Internal teams to leverage Advocates/Ambassadors for project support.Assist in preparation and execution of field tours and Oxy sponsored events.Present to a variety of audiences on behalf of Oxy.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Training, Marketing, Communication, Political Science, Business, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; oil and gas general field knowledge is a plus.Strong communication, interpersonal savvy and listening skills.Must have excellent presentation skills; and be able to present to a large audience.Ability to work with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to consistently produce results in a multi-tasking environment with multiple clients and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.Comfortable working in the field as and when required in support of projects.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Collaborative team spirit.Extraordinary teamwork skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Strong desire to learn and grow knowledge in line with responsibilities.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applications.Availability to travel up to 40%.
