As a Senior Manager, Product Development: Kids Home, you'll serve as an advocate for our customers and see the products you develop, from ideation to finished product review, come to life in stores and online. This is an opportunity to develop products for Walmart customers, offering great value and product quality. You'll be the expert for Private Brand products within your categories of responsibility and leverage the scale and access of the Walmart system to truly impact the business and the lives of millions of customers worldwide. you'll assist with strategy development, through deep customer understanding, market trends, and industry knowledge.Building relationships:

you'll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers, merchants, business partners, and other Private Brand team members.Influencing decisions:

you'll collaborate with merchants to influence decisions about nearly every aspect of your products including replenishment, supply chain, manufacturers, store operations, planning, assortment, layouts, budgets, modular, and pricing.Delivering on Key Business metrics:

You'll work with Sourcing to deliver quality products whilst ensuring key business metrics are achieved.Knowing your category:

You'll know your private brand customers and suppliers better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for your business.Quality:
