Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.Cloud Capacity Planning (CCP) is the central planning function within CSCP focusing on forecasting, capacity planning, and HW planning for all Microsoft Cloud services, and associated hardware thereby directly impacting the success of Microsoft cloud business. To help us continue to scale and meet our customer commitments, we’re looking for a Business Manager to support the Business Office of the Vice President (VP) of CCP. As a member of this team, you’ll have unique visibility into a key Microsoft business and the opportunity to drive impact across the organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance or develop internal programs, supporting our rhythm of business and day-to-day operations, and driving clarity to actively contribute to our organization's growth and operational excellence. To successfully support the Business Office, you’ll need a foundation in project management and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency to ensure the robust health of our business.Responsibilities

Supports organization’s rhythm of business (ROB), ensuring our operations are well-coordinated, efficiently executed, and in alignment with our strategic objectives.Creates clarity, simplifies processes, and produces content to enhance cross-team communication and problem-solving.Collaborates with others in a complex business environment to understand overall business objectives, strategies, and short-to-long term priorities.Support culture by getting a pulse on organizational health and leading cultural initiatives. This will involve driving training completion rates, identifying team strengths and development areas, and ensuring a healthy compliance scorecard.Develop, deliver, and maintain comprehensive training programs, ensuring the creation of engaging content, effective facilitation, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals.Collaborates to produce collateral materials (e.g., project plans, walking deck, playbooks, frameworks) that incorporate stakeholder needs and align with business objectives. Maintains knowledge management tools and sites to ensure effective cultivation, modification, and sharing of team knowledge.Manage and update content on the organization's website, ensuring accurate and timely information, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to enhance user experience.Additional projects as needed.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles

OR equivalent experience

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement.Project management and organizational skills effective in paying attention to detail.Experience collaborating across groups and driving multi-stakeholder projects.Experience developing complex training materials including videos.Experience building and maintaining knowledge management tools and/or associated documents.Proficient with Microsoft products, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.Experience in business operations experience preferred.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
