Business Intelligence Analyst

Want to help build together the coolest convenience experience on the planet?As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the business analytics, overseeing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.You bring your skills and drive and we'll give you a great place to work and a rewarding career.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build and maintain analytics assets to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and track KPI’s.Engage with the data team and other technical experts to understand complex data sets.Partner with stakeholders to understand issues and develop reporting solutions.Develop, administer, and maintain the Looker platform.Automate complex calculations and processes.Additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications: EducationBachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred (Information systems, Computer Science, etc).Qualifications: Experience3+ years experience writing SQL.Qualifications: CompetenciesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills.Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction.A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems.Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs.
