As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Manager to join our ranks and help us soar to new heights.Key Responsibilities:Take charge of the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics, guaranteeing efficiency and cost optimization.Work in harmony with the production department to design and uphold production schedules that meet customer demands while maximizing resource utilization.Oversee the shipping and receiving departments, ensuring prompt and precise handling of all shipments, and managing third-party logistics partners efficiently.Keep a vigilant eye on inventory levels, devising strategies to curtail waste and diminish costs.Foster and maintain supplier relationships, with oversight from the EVP of Operations. Negotiate contracts for the best prices and terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure material quality and reliability.Spearhead initiatives to refine processes, slash costs, and boost the overall performance of the supply chain.Guarantee adherence to all pertinent regulations and standards, covering safety, quality, and environmental protections.Craft and deliver regular reports detailing supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and KPIs, to the EVP of Operations.Qualifications:Proven experience in Supply Chain Management or a similar role, demonstrating your capability to lead and innovate.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to precision.Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working with various departments and external partners.A strategic mindset, capable of seeing the big picture while also diving deep into operational details.A commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.What we Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A culture that values diversity, encourages innovation, and fosters professional growth.Opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing company with a clear mission and vision.A dynamic team environment where your contributions are truly valued.If you're driven by excellence and want to contribute to our journey while advancing your career, we would love to hear from you.
