Location: BawalReporting to: Factory ManagerThe person in this role will manage, direct, and improve processes of supply chain for effectiveness measured through On-Time In-Full.Key responsibilities

Manage & coordinate supply chain tasks to provide support to the business in supply & demand planning.Analyse reports, data and performance of supply chain and make work plans to enhance agility & efficiency.Work closely with EXIM to ensure all import activities (clearance, freight, and transportation) work efficiently and effectively to minimize costs without delivery failures.Review various categories of products such as MTF/MTS/MTO etc. and devise appropriate strategies to serve the customer in a timely manner.Engage regularly with procurement for concerns related to vendor performance on aspects of quality & timely delivery.Collaborate with the New Product Commercialization team to ensure timely delivery of the right first-time product.Warehousing:Manage the warehouse team to ensure no supply disruptions by timely offloading & issuance of material for production.Monitor & improve the productivity levels of loading/unloading operations.Drive good warehousing practices for a food manufacturing site, including GMP levels, allergen management, RM/PM/FG segregation, and Cleaning & Sanitation programs.Develop & review the philosophy for various warehouses to create a lean, efficient & effective model.Institute &/or drive necessary process controls in warehousing operations to ensure no discrepancies in inventory cycle counts.Maintain inventory at optimum levels without compromising delivery standards.Regularly review At-Risk inventories, engage with team members to decide appropriate actions, and drive preventive measures & closure.Manage procure-to-pay for indirect materials & services related to plant & warehousing operations.Accountable for timely deliveries, timely responses to customer feedback, and logistic cost optimization.Qualifications and skills

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:MBA in Supply Chain or a related fieldMinimum 10 years’ experience in a Supply Chain role with at least 5 years in a leadership roleMinimum 3 years of experience in the Food IndustryStrong problem-solving abilities and good organizational skillsExcellent facilitation and negotiation skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environmentExcellent interpersonal and project management skills
