Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. designs and fabricates high quality Pressure Vessels and Heat Transfer Equipment for the power generation and process industries worldwide. This position is responsible for leading Aftermarket proposal efforts to support TEI’s bookings and margin objectives. The Aftermarket Specialist encompasses the full breadth of TEI product lines including Condensers, Feedwater Heaters, Moisture Separator Reheaters, Finned Coolers, Process / Power Heat Exchangers, and Fired Heaters. Develop and maintain successful relationships with customers through business development, proposals, and marketing campaigns.Aftermarket Specialist – Primary Responsibilities

Timely review of specifications and acknowledgement of assigned RFQs.Respond to customer requests for information and clarifications of proposal items.Liaise with customers in negotiating technical and commercial items on customer contracts.Ensure customer demands and deadlines are achieved.Actively search out new sales opportunities with existing customers and look for new customers.Review final estimate for content and accuracy to ensure the intent of the customer specifications and/or RFQ have been met.Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.A minimum of 3 years relevant Sales Experience is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond quickly to problems.Must be organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.To provide greater transparency to candidates, we include base pay ranges for all US-based job postings that encompass all potential locations and levels for the open position. Our base pay ranges are set based on the function, discipline, level, and regional location and are benchmarked against companies in the same or similar industry. Final offers may vary based on multiple factors, including education, depth and relevance of work experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and may vary from the amounts listed in the job posting.The base pay range for this Aftermarket Specialist position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually.
