JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Remodeling Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, specializing in roofing, gutters, windows, and roof repairs. This entry-level position is ideal for those passionate about the roofing industry, ready to climb new heights (literally!) and eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be ok with heights and climbing roofs.

Generate leads through personal marketing and collaboration with our marketing team.

Conduct thorough inspections of roofs, gutters, and windows, accurately assessing damages.

Assist customers in material selection, ensuring informed decisions for their roofing projects.

Manage payment collection and conduct post-project walk-arounds to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, progress, and follow-ups.

Complete mandatory training and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in roofing preferred.

Experience in the roofing industry, with a strong understanding of systems, materials, and processes. (Preferred)

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and teams.

Proficiency in computer use for reporting and data management.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits.

Comfortable with heights and physically capable of climbing steep roofs.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Mandatory 2-week classroom training, including assessments in industry-related programs.

Quarterly continuing education credits required for constant learning and growth.
