Project Manager

A+ Roofing has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager’s job is to oversee multiple projects from conception to the finished structure, interfacing with both construction professionals and the client.About the Role:This position requires thorough knowledge of all roofing construction means and methods, managing budgets, schedules and relationships. Candidates should be self-starting and highly motivated, with the capability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent growth potential & benefits.What You’ll Do:* Managing and monitoring projects from pre-construction meetings to completion* Conduct QC (Quality Control) roofing inspections* Contract Negotiations* Manage and coordinate between the field and office (50% Office work and 50% Field investigative work.)* Provide leadership to foremen and crew, fostering safety, teamwork and discipline to yield efficient and professional roof system installation.* Work with company managers as needed to support and coordinate projects.* Analyze, communicate and resolve issues to achieve project goals.* Recommend processes, procedures and tools to improve production, quality and value.* Represent the company in a efficient and professional manner in all dealings with clientsWhat You’ll Need:* Working knowledge of commercial and residential roofing procedures and safety requirements.* Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.* Confidence inspecting, estimating, and working on roofs.* Experience with: Shingles, Siding, Gutters, Flat Roof, PVC & TPO a plus.* 2+ Years of prior Project Management Experience.* Valid IL License.What We Offer:* Attractive Salary + Performance Bonus* Company Truck* Fuel Card* Company Trip
