to join our thriving HVAC business! This admin position takes on a variety of customer services, admin duties, and dispatch responsibilities.This full-time admin position earns a

fun and friendly place to work !A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAs our CSR and dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Using your professional and friendly attitude, you make outbound calls and answer incoming client calls to relay service-related information. You schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service. Maximizing our field technicians' time and mileage, you dispatch HVAC calls to field technicians. As necessary, you keep clients updated and informed.Additionally, you take on administrative tasks as needed, including pulling permits, scheduling inspections, completing rebate paperwork and equipment registration, preparing follow-up packets, and more! You truly demonstrate your value as our dispatcher and CSR by working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction!Customer Service Representative QualificationsAt least 2 years of verifiable customer service experienceBilingual ability is a plus!Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not requiredAny home services dispatch or call center experience is a bonus!We will train the right person!

Sunday - Thursday
is available as well.
