Mr. Spring Garage Doors is seeking a friendly, smart, and motivated Sales/Dispatch/CSR Rep to join our team.
Are you experienced with over-the-phone sales and want to be apart of a great team and environment? We want to see what you got! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, excellent in customer service, and has meticulous attention to detail. As a office admin you will be responsible for answering sales and service calls, booking and routing the calls to technicians, in person material sales/pickup, orders, account relations, and customer service.
This is an in-person role, as you would be the sole office administrator, with the potential to have optional days to work remotely as we grow in the future. Each day will be different, you will be interacting with different customers on a daily basis, while dispatching jobs to different technicians. A patient and respectful attitude is a must while representing Mr. Spring.Responsibilities:–
Answer incoming calls– Book jobs from calls, inquires, and other platforms with word orders– Organize technicians schedules to optimize time and scheduling– Retail hardware for in person pick-ups– Send invoices– Customer service calls– Document operational activities– Collect payments for goods or servicesJob Requirements:– Customer service, office administration, or sales experience preferred– Proficiency in computer software (Outlook, Excel, other applications we use)– Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively– Capable of learning quickly and implementing those lessons effectively-Excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate with customers and collaborate with others under any conditions– Must pass pre-employment background check– High school diploma or equivalent is preferred– Exceptional customer service and communication skills– Willingness to be flexible with answering calls, including weekends and evenings, as needed– Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities– Reliable and self-motivatedJob Type: Full TimePay: From $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40-45 per weekSchedule: 8 hour shiftWork Location: In personWhat's your citizenship/employment eligibility?Do you have a valid driver's license?Are you at least 18 years of age?We care about our community — and our fellow community members.
