We are proud of our heritage and are looking for individuals who will excel and prosper in our retail environment.As a Designer at Sauder Furniture & Design Studio, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and work with a wide variety of people and assist them with the selection, purchase, and placement of custom furniture, draperies, and home accessories.What you need for this position:
Must be: friendly, assertive, self-motivated, positive, honest, and dependableProven success in interior design, retail sales in a fashion field, textile design, window fashions, or in-home designGreat people and communication skills and the desire to provide an exceptional client experienceCreative design ability, flair for color, knowledge of fashion and furniture trends and stylesStrong computer skills. Experienced in Word, Excel, e-mail, & social networkingWell organized and detail-focused, able to manage time and energy efficientlySchedule flexibility. Because of the nature of our business, we are open during weekends, occasional nights, and some holidays. However, we’re not open on Sundays.
