***This position will cover Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia***What Territory Management - Distribution contributes to Cardinal HealthThe Community Health Centers role in Territory Management is a field sales role responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as expanding programs and services to support our customers and their healthcare mission.ResponsibilitiesCall on current and prospective Community Health Centers to show Cardinal's value in distribution, On Site Pharmacies, and additional programsHeavy selling of our 340B offering, distribution business, and onsite pharmacy and contract pharmacyAttend state organization meetings and trade shows across the countryManage a full pipeline of new business prospects to win for Cardinal HealthMaintain current accounts to increase sales, program penetration and offeringsAssist in account management, onboarding maintaining, and growing distribution businessGrowth measurement by sales budget and forecasting. Profitability effectiveness tools used to assist by region and individual accounts measurements and expectationsTrack expense and travel budgetsWorks autonomously, meets required sales deadlines, time and organizational managementQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 4 years related sales experience, preferredAbility to travel 50%Proven product knowledge in business areaValid driver's licenseWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApplies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform customer facing sales tasks and customer projectsMay contribute to the development of policies and proceduresWorks on complex projects of large scopeDevelops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
