Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry!BECOME AN EXTERIOR CLEAN LEAD!Our Exterior Clean Lead is responsible for leading a team of Exterior Wet Wash Cleaners, ensuring high-quality and efficient cleaning of aircraft exteriors. This position involves organizing and delegating cleaning tasks, training new team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. The lead also conducts inspections to guarantee that cleaning standards are met and maintains records of cleaning schedules and activities.WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AS AN EXTERIOR CLEAN LEADInspect aircraft before and after exterior cleaning to ensure PrimeFlight quality standards are metSuccessfully lead staff and resources efficiently to handle multiple aircraft cleaning tasksMonitor the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulationsMaintain a schedule for regular cleaning and special cleaning requests from airlinesCommunicate effectively with ground crew, maintenance staff, and managementImplement and enforce safety protocols for working at heights and around aircraftYou enjoy working with a team or individually to accomplish your tasksExceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standardsPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesValid driver's licenseHigh attention to detailAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documentsAbility to use electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operationPHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:Ability to lift up to 70 poundsProlonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicableMust be able to push, pullMust be able to crawl, at times in confined tight spacesMust be able to bend, stretch, squatMust be able to work at elevated heightsExposure to moderate and at times high noise levelsExposure to Biohazards and/or ChemicalsExposure to outdoor elementsBe able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarmsTasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingersSpecific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
