The work we do provides real meaning to our team members and those we serve.Job Description:The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in supporting our organization's growth by providing insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. The FP&A Manager will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead Productivity Projects:
Identify, initiate, and manage productivity improvement projects across various departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and improve productivity.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Own the budgeting process, including the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of budgets.Lead financial projections based on run rate performance.Partner with department heads to ensure alignment of budgets with strategic goals.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.Manage acquisition/integration performance tracking.Precision in analyzing data and preparing reports to ensure accuracy.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.Communicate financial performance and key metrics to stakeholders.Support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Team Management:
Manage and develop supporting team.
Flexibility & Problem Solving:
Ability to adapt to changing business conditions and financial requirements.Develop innovative solutions to financial and data challenges.Proactive in anticipating potential challenges and planning accordingly.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, business finance, or related roles.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven track record of leading productivity improvement projects.Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).Experience managing a team.Nice to have Experience and Qualifications:Data Analytics Function:
Experience in overseeing a data analytics function, including the development and management of data analytics strategies.Ability to leverage data analytics to drive business insights and improve financial performance.
M&A Experience:
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence, valuation, integration, and projections.Ability to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and support the execution of M&A transactions.
Private Equity Associate Experience:
Experience as a private equity associate, including investment analysis and performance monitoring.Strong understanding of private equity investment strategies and financial modeling.
