Job Description

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the BI Team, your primary responsibilities will include design, development, support, and maintenance of business intelligence products for our clients. You will identify business requirements, design processes that leverage/adapt the business logic, and regularly communicate with business stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs.

Opportunity Highlights

Develop dynamic dashboards, grids, graphs, scorecards, and statistical reporting using Tableau.

Analyze data, interpret relationships and complex logic using SQL. Support development of logical and physical processes in data warehouse including creating tables, triggers, ETL, and stored procedures and functions to support data needs of the BI reports.

Present and articulate business insights from the data and dashboards in a business-friendly and professional format.

Adopt an agile and methodical approach with iterative design, prototyping quick hitting solutions, and high-value innovation opportunities.

Document data flows and technical designs to ensure compliance with client requirements and handover.

Qualifications:

BS/MS Degree in Data Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or experience.

Minimum 3+ years of related US work experience preferably as a consultant in an analytics role handling US clients. Strong marketing KPI knowledge is preferred for this role.

Good hands-on experience in BI tools such as Tableau. Certifications will be accorded higher priority.

Strong visualization skills in coming up with aesthetically pleasing and highly functional dashboards; examples of dashboards or a public profile will be helpful.

Solid SQL experience; ability to create and maintain tables and views, understanding of SQL best practices for query performance.

Experience with ETL tools such as DBT, Alteryx, and Knime is a plus.

Knowledge of, and experience in following a structured development methodology – SDLC, Agile.

Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimal direction.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and documentation ethic.

Demonstrate a desire to remain current with industry technologies and standards.
