Design and create data visualizations to provide business insights that aid decision-making across the organization. Interpret and digest complex information while visually summarizing key findings.Supervisory Responsibility:

NoEssential Job Responsibilities and Duties:Design and implement data visualization to support business intelligence initiativesDevelop and maintain tools to present complex data in an understandable mannerIdentify functional requirements through process analysis, review of procedures, and interviews with key stakeholdersInterpret results from multiple structured and unstructured data sources using programming, statistical analysis, and analytical techniques and tools (including Solver, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, etc.)Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value (including automation through information enablement, algorithms, AI, and other capabilities)Build code to create connections between various data servicesAutomate delivery of standard reports and dashboards, including proactive solutions and user-driven pull information deliveryCollaborate with Developers and System Architects to use requirements to design from both business and technical perspectivesParticipate in cross-functional projects to support business objectives and initiativesCollaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.Proactively identify and address data quality issuesProvide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniquesStay current with BI trends, optimize processes, and promote best practices in data governanceEducation:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related fieldExperience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, business analytics, data visualization, or a related roleDemonstrated experience using querying languages, scripting languages, and other tools such as Power BI or Denodo to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions (direct experience using Solver, Power BI, Python, R, and SQL is preferred)Advanced knowledge of Power BI and data modelingAdvanced knowledge of statistical analysis tools and modeling techniquesKey Competencies:Ethics, Integrity, Values: Has values aligned with the company and acts accordingly. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, or employees remotely and in person. Ability to travel by airplane or automobile.No regular travel requirements.Working Environment: Work usually performed in an office setting and distribution center with noise level typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.
