www.noresco.com .Noresco is looking for an experienced Regional Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager to join our growing team! The Regional Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manager will be responsible for operational and maintenance activities at electric and thermal production facilities owned by NORESCO’s clients. They will be responsible for supervising NORESCO’s operators and subcontracted maintenance personnel in support of the John O. Pastore Center in Cranston, Rhode Island, and at the University of Rhode Island campus in Kingston, Rhode Island. They will assure that the facility meets its contractual performance, availability, and customer savings guarantees while remaining in compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and corporate requirements. The Regional O&M Manager will work onsite at one of these locations, depending on the expected events scheduled for that day.Primary Responsibilities:NORESCO’s primary point of contact to liaise with customer personnel and coordinate third-party contractors providing direct maintenance supportLead NORESCO’s rotating shift operators in the daily operations of the equipment, which includes generators of electrical power and all supporting equipment and systemsPrepare, maintain, and update job plans for planned tasksEnsure preventive maintenance services are scheduled and executed per the OEM’s designated intervals and standardsIdentify and procure resources required for planned tasks such as parts, tooling, equipment, materials, and work proceduresReview operations logs and performance data to monitor equipment conditions and identify issues with the operation of the system (critical trend analysis); promptly address leading indicators of potential equipment failuresReview information from oil samples, component operating hour data, operating reports and recommended OEM suppliers’ component replacement guidelines, to propose and schedule proactive maintenance and component replacementReview field service reports from NORESCO’s subcontractors. Ensure observations and recommendations are evaluated and tracked to resolution.Monitor all warranty programs. Ensure warranty work is claimed in a timely manner and all warranty issues are resolved.Maintain the site’s document retention (ensure storage on NORESCO’s share drives)Develop critical path plans and execute efficient periodic maintenance outages, to include coordination with NORESCO’s clients and subcontractorsCoordinate and manage contracted resources and schedules during scheduled and unplanned maintenance work.
