Focus:

Act as the primary system administrator for the company’s business analyst systems.

Customize and configure business analyst systems to align with business needs in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Develop strategic roadmaps to enhance business analyst functionalities in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage data integrity, implement data quality best practices, and ensure data cleanliness.

Generate customized reports and dashboards to track sales and service performance.

Lead integration efforts with other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business analyst processes and user guidelines.

Engage in governance activities to ensure proper data management and usability.

Skill Set:

Proven expertise in Salesforce Business Analyst systems, including customization, automation, and integration.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team environment.

Experience in managing projects, adapting to changes, and making decisions under pressure.

Knowledge of Power BI, databases, and other reporting tools is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.

At least 3-4 years of relevant business analyst experience, with a focus on CRM systems.
