Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a government environment. This role involves working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Actively participate in gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs. Collaborate with product owners and development teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and meet government compliance standards. Create well-defined user stories and process flows to guide the development process and ensure clarity for the development team. Work closely with developers to conduct unit testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements. Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices, ensuring effective adoption of the solutions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to enhance Salesforce usage and efficiency. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a government environment. Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its core functionalities. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of government regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Government Experience: Proven track record of managing projects within a government environment. Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Work Location United States- Remote Compensation The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $83,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
