The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a government environment. This role involves working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to ensure successful project outcomes.ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.Solution Development: Work with Scrum teams to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.Government Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant government regulations and standards.User Stories: Develop detailed user stories and process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.Testing and Validation: Collaborate with developers to conduct unit testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce usage.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in Salesforce and government projects.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.Proficiency in Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills and ExperienceAdditional Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector FoundationExperience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.Proven track record of managing projects within a government environment.Clearance RequirementsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.Work LocationUnited States - Remote CompensationThe salary range for this position is $79,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Benefits OverviewWe are always looking for good people!
