We are supporting the Navy's HR digital transformation through several lines of effort that include migrating data to the cloud, modernizing data & systems, developing improved workflows, developing enterprise security solutions, and developing a robust data strategy and governance structure. We will do this with a focus on implementing a seamless digital sailor experience, enabling data driven decision making, mitigating risks while improving business operations continuity, and improving operational efficiencies while optimizing costs. Additionally, Pantheon Data will incorporate its proprietary tools to enhance machine learning and robotic process automation.Position OverviewThe company is seeking an Executive Director of IT Digital Transformation to be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of complex digital transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, develop detailed project plans, and ensure effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams. Your role will involve monitoring project progress, managing risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will provide strategic expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, driving the organization's digital transformation and supporting its strategic goals. This position requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesContract Program Manager for Large Scale (~100+ person) technical and programmatic transformation program. Decompose customer desires into strategic requirements.Develop technical objectives and business process improvements from strategic requirements.Lead a team of technical area and operational SMEs to implement business process and technical objectives.Lead and be a change agent - Lead the strategy development process for creating and maintaining both IT functional strategy and corporate digital strategy. Advise across the customer organization by building strong relationships with functional leaders. Improve customer results by influencing leaders to change existing process and techniques to leverage advanced technology and insights provided via data analytics. Champion our transformation.Enterprise ArchitectureConstruct and operate processes for architecture governance. Dig into and recommend new technology investments to manage complexity within the customer's IT landscape.Digital - Build and maintain a company-wide digital strategy and roadmap focused on the use of modern technology to enable growth. Plan, build, run the program's Data Analytics.Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.Demonstrated experience working with executive level government customers.Ten years of increasing experience leading large-scale government, DoD technology programs.Experience managing a data center migration project to a cloud interface.Experience in budget management and forecasting for a federal government contract.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.Experience managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Clearance RequirementsThis role requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.Work LocationArlington, VA - Hybrid - 4 days per week in office.Benefits OverviewWe are always looking for good people!
