SALARY: $110,000-$120,000 DOQOPERATIONS MANAGERWe are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to oversee process development and training initiatives, vendor and partner management, technology partnerships, and new employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, coupled with the ability to drive efficiency and excellence across various operational functions.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS AN OPERATIONS MANAGERProcess Development and Training:

Identify areas for improvement and innovation within existing processes.Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training on existing and new processes with organizational goals and objectives.

Vendor & Partner Relationships

Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor capabilities and suitability for ongoing partnerships.Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.

Technology Partnerships

Identify strategic technology partners to enhance operational capabilities.Evaluate potential partnerships based on alignment with organizational objectives and technical requirements.Coordinate with internal teams to integrate technology solutions from partners into existing workflows.Monitor the performance of technology partners and provide feedback for improvement.

Data Reporting and Analysis

Collect and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and develop data-driven solutions.Monitor and extract meaningful insights to allocate resources effectively and forecast future needs.Provide recommendations for resource reallocation or investment based on data analysis and business priorities.

New Employee Onboarding

Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees during the onboarding process.

IDEAL BACKGROUNDBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant experience.Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on process development and training.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Demonstrated experience in vendor and partner management.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?Please complete our brief, mobile-friendly application.
