Handle customer complaints and internal complaints, following up on CA & PA.Evaluate and score quality systems of new suppliers.Audit and coach suppliers regularly, updating the matrix of supplier management.Be responsible for quality performance in CCR/COPQ/NMR.Train and qualify in-house QC personnel.Oversee product quality assurance and improvement in processes.Edit and maintain quality procedure documents.Perform other work assigned by the supervisor.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or science.3+ years of working experience in supplier quality, with printing field experience preferred.Good command of speaking and writing skills in English.Strong sense of customer service and team spirit.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with quality tools (SPC, MSA, 8D) and quality analysis methods.AVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER.
