Senior Project Manager

Responsible for managing the overall engineering and planning initiatives for construction of commercial buildings and tenant build outs to the determined profitable usage. Will commission, oversee and act as the primary interface liaison for all necessary property project baseline studies, technical studies, socio-economic impact studies and environmental audits; assures all work done is to standard and requirements; receive and interpret for management all studies; baseline and audit results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
Lead project teams and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking proactive measures to mitigate them
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives
Utilize project management software to track and report on project status
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
Implement best practices in project management methodologies and processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
