Join us in making a lasting impact in the work of real estate and land development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required. Professional Surveyor (PS) license or equivalent certification is required. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in land surveying.Lead and manage a team of surveyors and technicians, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of surveying services.Plan, coordinate, and execute complex land surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.Oversee the preparation of survey reports, maps, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that surveying activities align with project goals and specifications.Other duties as assigned.Benefits:We make every effort to provide our employees with a benefits program that provides comprehensive benefits and coverage for employees and their families.
