Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:The Business Resilience Sr. Specialist supports CrowdStrike’s global Business Resilience (BR) department, responsible for crisis management and business continuity/disaster recovery. CrowdStrike takes an all-hazards approach to ensuring business operations and products/services can withstand disruptions, incidents, and crisis events. The BR department is one element of the overall Security business unit, reporting to the Chief Security Officer.This role will be primarily responsible for managing all resilience exercises across the enterprise in addition to supporting business continuity analysis, planning, and crisis response operations. This position is being advertised as a Sr. Specialist, but candidates with requisite experience may be considered for a Manager role.What You’ll Do:Primary Responsibilities:Manage a multi-year testing and exercise program for continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management tests and exercisesDesign, facilitate, and evaluate tests or exercises to validate plans and proceduresEnsure exercise and test scenarios are appropriate and realistic to meet resilience objectives, including demonstrating increased complexity and maturity over timeDevelop after-action reports and track improvement actions as part of the BR corrective action programWork with stakeholders across the enterprise to validate technical resilience and test incident response capabilitiesSecondary Responsibilities:Conduct business impact analysis (BIA) and threat/hazard assessmentsDevelop, maintain, and update business continuity plans (BCP), crisis plans, and other response proceduresDevelop training and awareness programs to promote a culture of resilienceSupport incident team activationsEnsure continuous improvement of the company’s resilience postureBuild relationships with key stakeholders across the companyPartner closely with other teams in support of risk/resilience planning, including Information Security, Governance/Risk/Compliance, Enterprise Risk ManagementWhat You'll Need:CrowdStrike, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any applicants for employment based on their race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, uniformed service member status, or any other status protected by law.
