Summary of Position:

The

Sr. Mechanical Project Manager (Fueling Systems) , supporting our Architecture and Engineering business unit, is responsible for managing fuel system mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion. You will lead a team of Project Engineers and Project Designers and apply your experience in piping/fuel lines and underground storage tank design. As part of a multi-disciplined firm, you will coordinate with Site/Civil Engineers, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects, and Construction Project Managers. You will be responsible for fully planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to project parameters for deliverables, schedules, and budgets for assigned clients.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for clients.

Conduct initial project investigation.

Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.

Plan staffing and establish budget hours within project parameters for all assigned staff.

Manage staff and staffing schedules during the production process.

Oversee project scheduling for all project-related activities for all parties involved.

Coordinate permitting approval process.

Review staff designs for QA/QC.

Collect A/R’s, efficiency evaluations, profit evaluations, and manage the financial aspect for all projects.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar required.

5+ years of combined production and management experience with commercial design construction, preferably with fuel systems.

Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.

Team:

You will report to a Fuel Systems Program Manager.

Work Location:

This is a hybrid role based out of one of the following offices: Bentonville, AR; Wilmington, DE; Allentown, PA; Philadelphia, PA; West Chester, PA; or Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas) office. Travel may be required up to 25%.
