We want you to bring your entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic, and unique skillset to our team!QualificationsKnowledge of the principles and practices of land surveying.Experience with mathematics, measurements, related research and easements.Understanding of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Ability to read plans and understand boundaries and topography.Understands project schedules and budgets; can work efficiently within project guidelines.Able to take a pre-employment and on-going drug screen.The estimated starting base salary for this role is $27.00-$39.00.

Pay is carefully considered for each person to ensure equity for all employees.Beyond Base Salary:Twice Yearly Performance-Driven Bonuses401(K) Profit Sharing BonusThrivePass Health & Wellness AccountCell Phone StipendYour Day to Day:Assist with creating property boundaries for roads, pipelines, facility sites, subdivisions, and other right of ways and easements by visibly marking location boundaries under the direction of the survey project manager.Participate in processing of 3-dimensional field data.Prepare survey documents and computations associated with boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographical surveys, etc.Research project information.Reviews and evaluates survey field notes with the supervisor.Prepare survey drawings and descriptions utilizing AutoCAD and other related software packages as directed.Provide construction-related services including construction plan interpretation, computes point data to provide to field crews, and communicates with Client.Ability to travel for short periods of time.May mentor, train, and supervise field staff and Survey Technicians.
