Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.Tasks and Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate activities related to the following:Forecast, Budget & Closing Activities MonitoringProvide service and support in terms of analysis and data to plant Management & Functional Leaders, highlighting financial impact to support decision making ProcessWork collaboratively with the functional areas on identifying issues and help on their resolutionPerforming cost center control in terms of Costs, Headcount, COPQ, Productivity, Inventory CostControl & follow up of material ProductivityPlant P&L Analysis and Follow upProvide variance development and projections on a monthly basisProvide financial analysis and drive plans to correct issuesPreservation and follow up of AssetsComplete product variance analysis between actual and standard cost per projectWork According complianceWhat your background should look like:

Educational Degree:University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, or AccountingProfessional Experience:1-3 years minimum in finance, controlling, cost accounting in Industrial companies, Automotive industry is a plus.Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:Economical understanding in product cost calculationExperiences with SAP modules of FI, CO, MM and PP, ExcelGeneral Accounting knowledge Moroccan & USGAABGood English language skillsCommunication and analytical skillsExperiences in master data recording and maintenance is a plusCompetencies
