As the leading budget hotel chain in the Nordic region, Comfort Hotel is strengthening its position at Oslo Airport, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Barception Manager to join our team.What is Barception?Barception is the vibrant hub of Comfort Hotel Runway—a unique combination of bar and reception where guests can check in, grab a drink, socialize, and purchase snacks and essentials 24/7. It’s the first and last touchpoint for our guests, and we need a manager who can ensure it’s a memorable experience every time.Your role:As the Barception Manager at Comfort Hotel Runway, you will have full responsibility for the department, including operating the M&E facilities. This includes recruitment for the department, training and motivating your team. In this role, you will be in charge of dividing your time working both administratively and operationally, always closely with your team. The position is full-time, and you have the responsibility for reaching the department goals.Who You Are:You’re someone who’s always on top of things, with a strong network. You will be part of the management team at the hotel and will in your role have great possibilities of setting the standard for
what an airport hotel can be.
