We need a Housekeeping Manager who can lead the department, maintain our high standards, and ensure every corner of the hotel is spotless and welcoming.As the Housekeeping Manager at Comfort Hotel Runway, you will have full responsibility for the housekeeping department, focusing on recruitment, training, motivation, and planning for impeccably clean rooms and common areas at the hotel. With an eye for detail, a passion for sustainability, and an interest in numbers, you will set the standard for the hotel’s performance.In this role, you will be in charge of dividing your time working both administratively and operationally, closely with your team. The position is full-time, and you have the responsibility for reaching the department goals. You are a joy-spreader with a laugh and energy that inspires those around you. Your style is charmingly professional, relaxed yet effective. You are reliable and take full responsibility for achieving results. You are a hands-on person that thrives when the hotel is busy. You will be part of the leadership team at the hotel. Basic knowledge of English is required, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
