Employer Industry: Tax Technology SolutionsWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary up to $151,600Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a globally recognized organizationFlexible work environment with options for remote work and location flexibilityComprehensive benefits package, including flexible vacation, mental health days, and wellness resourcesAccess to professional development resources, including LinkedIn Learning and internal talent marketplaceChance to be part of a mission-driven company focused on justice, truth, and transparencyWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage and execute implementation plans for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax products, including project scope and resource directionServe as a primary contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring exceptional client serviceFacilitate meetings with project sponsors and stakeholders to align on project goals and expectationsIdentify and develop upsell opportunities within assigned customer projects to drive business growthConduct process analysis and recommend optimal system configurations based on industry best practicesWhat is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect tax, including deep knowledge of Indirect Tax Law (e.g., VAT, GST)Proven experience in project management, including managing technology implementations and documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with integrating third-party enterprise tax productsA degree or professional qualification in Tax or Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA)Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work with clients and project teamsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP)Experience with process analysis, design, mapping, and re-engineeringFamiliarity with end-to-end financial processes (i.e., OTC or PTP) and systemsHigh-powered analytical skills with the ability to understand complex conceptsExperience working with management-level resources at ONESOURCE Partners (e.g., KPMG, Deloitte)
