Create repair orders for customers and communicate with the service department.ResponsibilitiesPromptly meets and greets customersDetermines the nature of customer problemsCreates Repair Order detailing service to be performedObtains customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnelReviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects paymentPerforms daily cash/sales procedures at close of business dayComplies with Company Quality Control Program, Company Safety Policy, OSHA and EPA regulationsDesired QualificationsKnowledge of computerized sales and marketing softwareKnowledge of auto/truck repairs, tire, lube, and maintenance issuesExperience using Ro Writer, Activant, All-Data, and vehicle service manuals to research and determine the resolution of malfunctionsPreferred Experience:2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication, and maintenance3+ years experience as a Service Advisor in an auto repair store, auto dealership, or comparable professional environmentExperience as a vehicle mechanic or lubrication technicianBenefits and PerksExcellent Training and DevelopmentCompetitive CompensationFriendly Work EnvironmentUp to 1 week paid time off first year, 2 weeks paid time off 2nd yearCompensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
