DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to join our in-house SAP team in our IT department. You will play a central role in our Digital Transformation initiatives, by implementing our next-generation cloud-based ERP, SAP S/4 HANA. This position is based at Kryoneri (Athens).ResponsibilitiesSupport and participate in Business Analysis and Solution Design for business processes to be implemented on our current and future SAP ERP systemPrepare Functional & Design Specification DocumentsPerform application configuration using the tools and features of SAP modulesMaster and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP modules (Best Practices)Work with external Consultants to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoptionCreation / Modification of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training of associates of the IT department or other departmentsProvide support and training to SAP Key UsersTrain End-Users and ensure documentations are done as per the company’s standardCreate and Modify Conceptual Design documents (Business Blueprints)BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or similarA minimum
of five (5) years
of hands-on experience as an SAP consultant, including at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project, with a strong preference for proficiency in the
SAP SD and FI/CO modulesUnderstanding of change management processes and procedures in a SAP ERP environmentExperience on maintaining functional and technical documentation (functional requirements, design, architecture flows etc.)Working closely with business stakeholders as well as assisting in defining key capabilities/requirementsAbility to multi-task and manage various projects/requests/issuesExcellent written and verbal communication in Greek & EnglishExperience with SAP S/4HANA will be considered a plusThe company offers competitive remuneration, continuous learning and development opportunities and a friendly and challenging work environment.
