We are inclusive of everyone.We are looking for highly ambitious customer service advisors who aren’t afraid to go above and beyond.You’ll have a clear understanding of what constitutes great customer service and be able to deliver this effortlessly.As our employee, you’ll be reliable, punctual, and flexible, appreciating that getting the job done well and to the high standards expected will mean being prepared and ‘going the extra mile’.And of course, you’ll have excellent communication skills – written and verbal.The customer service team are dedicated and strive to inspire our customers during their experience with us.What will I do in the role?Have a ‘can do’ attitudeThe first point of contact for all customer queriesBrand ambassador for your clientProvide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and emailMake sure the customer is at the heart of every conversationWhat do I need?Experience working for a retailerExperience working in a luxury backgroundExperience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, FashionA desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approachOutstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customerStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorks well within a teamConfident IT skillsFlexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learnGreat attention to detail and highly organisedFluent in ItalianC2 Level of English requiredWorking Hours:Full time – 40 hours per weekBetween 09:00am - 07:00pm Monday to SaturdayStart date 21 st
