The Digital Product Owner 2 leverages the agile methodology to develop and deliver banking products and solutions and engages with product leaders and stakeholders to access and represent Features, OKRs, and priorities to the agile team. This position works with Business System Analysts to decompose features into story cards, leads the building of the product backlog, sets sprint priorities, provides product demos, assists with mitigating delivery, and provides stakeholders with transparency into day-to-day execution.Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads the more complex online/digital products projects to completion.Mentors junior level colleagues as necessary.Validates completeness of approved features for decomposition.Lead the validation of feature priority and implementation sequencing timeline.Manage the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release.Manage and ensure cross-impacted teams are identified early and included in solution discussion; manage impact assessment timelines.Manage priorities with other Product Owners where cross-product conflicts exist.Manage leadership relationships and expectations of the team.Provide stakeholders with transparency to execution progress and blockers.Organize Story Mapping and collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst and facilitate Story Mapping sessions, and provide the overall vision/problem statement.Walk through and explain each identified feature and its defined scope.Manage Product Development and Product Backlog and define sprint goals.Consult with the scrum teams during development, providing clarification and context.Validate user story acceptance criteria and accept completed User Stories.Maintain Development Tracking tools.Create and assign cards for Feature Definition.Log open risks, issues, questions, decisions against Features.Clearly document ongoing changes to feature scope, prioritization, and requirements.Matrix Manage and/or Coach entry-level Product Owners.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree5+ years of Online/Mobile Product Management or Digital project delivery experience in Consumer or Business and Commercial BankingPreferred Qualifications:

New customer acquisition and on-boarding experienceDigital product management or delivery experience in e-commerce, digital messaging, identity and access management, digital money movement, or customer self-serviceExperience in leading teams (5-10 member), user testing and data analysis to improve customer experiencesExperience in creating re-designed Consumer or Business and Commercial Banking customer experiencesAbility to translate business needs to technology teamsExperience with desktop and mobile web, mobile apps, and alertsUser-centered design and usability expertiseSelf-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery datesStrong analytical skills and familiarity with the Software Delivery LifecycleExcellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organizationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExempt Status:
