Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Product Owner to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage agile methodologies to develop and deliver innovative banking products and solutions. The ideal candidate will engage with product leaders and stakeholders, represent Features, OKRs, and priorities, and work with Business System Analysts to decompose features into story cards. This role offers a chance to lead the product backlog, set sprint priorities, provide product demos, and assist with mitigating delivery while providing stakeholders with transparency into day-to-day execution.Responsibilities:Responsible for Salesforce product ownership with a focus on MuleSoft and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.Validate the completeness of approved features, manage product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release.Manage priorities with other Product Owners where cross-product conflicts exist and ensure cross-impacted teams are included in solution discussions.Establish communication and manage leadership relationships and expectations of the team.The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:3+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent focusing on digital technologies and service-based integrations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to develop working relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization.Preferred: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist).Ability to translate business needs to technology teams and experience with desktop and mobile web, mobile apps, and alerts.Experience with retail or business financial services and familiarity with the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
