This Change Program Manager is responsible for the delivery of change initiatives and driving change adoption across teams. This role can be based from an operations or corporate location in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, or Luxembourg.Key Job Responsibilities

Enable complex and ambiguous change initiatives.Deliver and execute change strategies to support change adoption.Deliver communications strategies to drive multi-faceted stakeholder engagement.Develop project plans, schedules, success criteria, and milestones.Communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences, reinforcing WFS as a credible business partner. Foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, provide tailored recommendations, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). Partner successfully with both EU and WW program stakeholders.Independently identify down-stream problems (i.e., resource unavailability, conflicting priorities, etc.) and escalate them before they become large-scale risks.Understand interdependencies of programs (e.g., workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements, program support, etc.).Participate in cross-functional reviews in order to share best practices and lessons learned.Participate in collaboration for short-term solve until medium/long-term solve is implemented.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in leading programs or projects.Experience in change lead roles.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Change Management qualified e.g., PROSCI Practitioner, APMG Practitioner.Programme Management qualified e.g., PMP, Prince2.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
