Roofing Sales Consultant

Apple Roofing is seeking Roofing Consultants who can provide homeowners with a rock star experience. An ideal candidate will have a good understanding of their local market. He/she will need to navigate the sales cycle while acquiring homeowners' trust and business. An excellent candidate can service the customers' wants and needs while maintaining a high level of communication and organization. He/she will understand quality control and instruct subcontractors in regards to tasks that need to be completed, ensuring all workmanship is done to our high standards. Overall, this role is focused on bringing opportunities to the company.Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify opportunitiesDocument sales by creating and updating customer records in CRMSource and develop client referralsPrepare sales action plans and strategiesMaintain customer databaseMake sales calls to new and existing clientsMake presentations of company products and services to current and potential clientsNegotiate with clientsDevelop sales proposalsPrepare and present sales contractsAttend company trainingsRespond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in personEnsure customer service satisfaction and good client relationshipsFollow up on sales activityPerform quality checks on product and service deliveryParticipate in sales eventsMonitor competitors, market conditions and product developmentQualifications:

This role requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. In addition, Roofing Consultants:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to climb stairs and laddersMust be able to walk long distancesMust be able to work in hot, cold, humid and/or rainy weather conditionsCompensation and Benefits:
