Tax Technology ServicesWhy consider this job opportunity:Salary up to $151,600Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organizationFlexible work environment with options to work from different locations, including remote workComprehensive benefits package that includes mental health days, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plansInclusive culture with a commitment to equality, diversity, and social impact initiativesAccess to professional development resources like LinkedIn Learning and internal networking opportunitiesWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage and execute implementation plans for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax products, including project scope and resource directionServe as a primary contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring effective communication and serviceFacilitate meetings with project sponsors and recommend optimal system configurations based on industry best practicesIdentify upsell opportunities within assigned customer projects and develop strategies to pursue themConduct process analysis, design, mapping, and re-engineering to improve operational efficiencyWhat is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect tax consulting or related fieldsProficiency with ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination technologyStrong understanding of indirect tax law, including VAT and GSTDegree or professional qualification in Tax or Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA)Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP)How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with integrating third-party enterprise tax products (e.g., Sabrix, Taxware, or Vertex)Proven track record of scoping and managing technology implementationsFamiliarity with end-to-end financial processes (i.e., OTC or PTP) and systemsStrong analytical skills and ability to understand complex conceptsPrevious experience working with management-level resources at major consulting firms
