We are in search of a proficient SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant. This role involves overseeing the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, requiring a comprehensive understanding across modules and the ability to design integrated processes in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clients with expert guidance on HR processes and the smooth technical and functional deployment of SAP SuccessFactors, with a particular focus on HR Admin procedures.
Assess business needs and convert them into effective processes within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Leverage your expertise to analyze, advise, design, and implement innovative HR business process solutions.
Conduct interactive and practical workshops to tailor SuccessFactors to client needs and enhance user experience.
Work closely with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure seamless integration of the system.
Have at least 3 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Proficiency in both German (C1 level) and English.
