TeleSolv Consulting has an immediate opportunity to work with the Federal Government as a
Lead Business Analyst (Executive Support)
to provide expert analysis and consultation services for a federal client with facilities in Springfield, VA.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Manage the ‘REMD Tasking Mailbox’ and coordinate appropriate responses for the ED/DED.
Maintain, organize, and share electronic records of prior deliverables as requested. On average, REMD receives 8 taskings per day.
Develop status reporting briefs for Leadership's weekly review of major division objectives, milestones, objectives, technical risks, issues, and decisions. The information includes status reports, issue resolutions, informational briefs, and summaries of recent accomplishments.
Gather information and expedite managers’ responses along with coordinating a unified task response content to meet short deadlines and time frames. Responses may require coordination and review of prior task responses to remain consistent in approach.
Develop and create executive level detailed briefing slide decks to address project items, administrative and organizational items, and policies. Content may be sourced from emails, Microsoft Word documents, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, and other formats. The information presented in the decks may involve both TSA and commercial market real estate and construction data combined and illustrated to demonstrate positions and strategies favorable to TSA-REMD.
Prepare a quarterly update of REMD accomplishments (referred to as the ‘placemat’) and any Performance Award Nominations – Individual and Group – Draft Narratives.
Minimum Requirements:
U.S. Citizen.
Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited University recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Five (5) years’ experience in commercial/government administration of Government IT systems.
May substitute an Associate's Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field plus 7 years work experience for a Bachelor's Degree.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Familiarity with TRIRIGA systems architecture and function.

Background Investigation:This position requires that you obtain a background investigation from our client. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related on your character and trustworthiness.
