What’s the position?

Our Project Manager will report to our SVP – International and will be a highly motivated individual who will:

Drive cross-functional teams across our product and tech organization to meet key goals.

Serve as a bridge to communicate between groups, share information, and set priorities.

Oversee the full lifecycle of feature development from ideation through delivery.

Jump in wherever needed to help solve challenging problems.

Because we operate with a startup mindset, we will be reliant on your project management skills, but also on your ability to hit the ground running and dive into all aspects of our project and business.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly organized leader who can work with multiple teams to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of key projects. We believe the perfect candidate isn’t interested in just what we’re building right now, but wants to understand where we’re going and how it impacts the customer to ensure everything we create moves us closer to our goal: delivering the best customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

Online casino and sports betting experience (working with Playtech a huge plus).

Languages: English is essential.

Spanish

and

Portuguese

advantageous.

Experience with starting, monitoring, reporting, closing, and supporting projects of various sizes.

Demonstrate project leadership and project risk management.

Matrix management – external and internal teams.

Budget and resource management.

Project documentation and adaptability.

Managing ongoing relationships with various vendors (payment vendors, content vendors, and other 3rd party vendors); experience in business development a plus.

The ability to be highly adaptable and to thrive in ambiguity.

Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.

Team collaboration working remotely and in different time zones.

3-5 years’ experience in project management.
