Our team-oriented culture encourages advancement opportunities for every employee, mentoring services, Hotel & Travel Group assistance, new technologies, and various other resources to guide each employee into a successful career.We are seeking a Procurement Specialist/Estimator/Project Manager to oversee supplier relationships, delivery/logistics, contract negotiating, estimating, and cost efficiencies on design/build and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects with our design and construction teams to develop the most cost-effective solutions for our clients.This position can work in any of the following Pennsylvania office locations (Pittsburgh, Mechanicsburg, Lancaster, Conshohocken or Lehigh Valley) or remotely from the PA/NJ/DE/MD region.Responsibilities:Procurement:

Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain management processes for design/build and EPC Renewables projects.Facilitate the purchasing process for major equipment.Implement procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices.Manage preparation, implementation and execution of procurement processes.Prepare construction budgets based on available information, vendor quotes, and other information related to the project.Collaborate with our design team, construction team, and partners to develop a cost-effective project for our clients.Proposal writing and multi-discipline team leadership as appropriate.

Project Management:

Maintain active engagement in projects through exceptional management, coordination, resource allocation and client delight.Support the group’s project managers in delivering client delight and profitability on assigned projects.

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Construction, or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in procurement and supply chain.Technical knowledge and skill in construction projects.Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills, ordering and material knowledge.Understanding financial impacts of the Supply Chain Management.Ability to handle procurement and supply chain logistics across multiple states.Proficient in MS Project.Our company offers a wide range of perks and benefits, including ESOP as a 100% employee-owned company, flexible schedules, and generous medical, vision, and dental insurance.
